As a Corporate Member you’ll be part of the extended CGCIC community, with the following benefits:

The annual membership fee is EUR 465.00 for companies domiciled in Europe (CAD 600.00 plus tax for companies domiciled in Canada).

The annual membership fee is EUR 4,750 for companies domiciled in Europe (CAD 6,250 plus tax for companies domiciled in Canada).

The membership fee per calendar year is:

• For companies located in Canada: CAD 600.00 plus tax
• For companies located in Europe: EUR 465.00
   

For new members, the membership fee for the calendar year of joining is calculated on the basis of the remaining months:
 

• Joining between January and June: annual membership fee
• Joining between July and December: half of the annual membership fee
   

The annual membership fee is determined at irregular intervals by the Board. If the annual membership fee changes, the member can revoke the membership after receiving the invoice and the membership will be canceled automatically.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive a welcome package including the letter of accession, the membership certificate and the invoice. After paying the invoice, you are a member of CGCIC. The membership renews automatically every year, unless you have terminated the membership. The invoice of the membership fee per calendar year will be issued and sent in January.

As a member you have one vote at CGCIC’s annual meeting. The annual meeting takes place once in every calendar year and not later than the last day of June in such a calendar year. The invitation to the annual meeting will be sent to the members via e-mail. Prerequisite for the receipt of the invitation is the payment of the membership fee no later than 60 days before the date of the annual meeting.

If the contact details of the member change, it is the responsibility of the member to inform CGCIC per e-mail at
rebecca.dettloff@germanchamber.ca. The correct contact information ensures that the member receives invitations and newsletters from CGCIC.

The membership can be terminated in writing at the end of the calendar year. Please send your letter of termination by e-mail to rebecca.dettloff@germanchamber.ca and address the letter to:
