The VDMA Mining and Minerals represents companies in the fields of mining technology and machinery and equipment for raw material extraction and processing, ensuring direct access to the industry.
The VDMA Battery Production division represents the interests of German machinery and plant manufacturers in the battery production industry. As a leading industry platform, it promotes exchange, innovation, and the advancement of production technologies for electromobility and energy storage.
Through these partnerships, expertise in organizing international activities and in-depth industry knowledge are combined to enable companies to achieve successful market entry.

Purpose
This business development program aims to connect German small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in machinery and equipment manufacturing with potential business partners in Canada, specifically in British Columbia and Saskatchewan. The focus is on companies that provide technology and equipment for battery production, mining operations, and raw material processing, with scheduled visits to mines and processing facilities, B2B meetings, and networking events.
