Dear readers,
Canada is sending strong signals with its new federal budget, clearly looking toward Europe and Asia as key partners for growth and collaboration. However, German companies - while optimistic abroad, as shown in the survey of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry - remain wary at home amid persistent economic challenges.
