The Chair and the Board of Directors cordially invite all members of the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce Inc. to attend the virtual Annual Meeting held virtually on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. EDT.

In order to facilitate the participation of the Chamber’s members both in Canada and in Germany, the Board of Directors has decided to hold the Annual Meeting as a virtual meeting. More information about the online platform to participate in the Annual Meeting will be sent in due course to members who register.

In the event of not being able to attend, we kindly ask you to fill out a proxy (signed and dated) and send it to our office. You'll find further information in your invitation.
