German Business Counts
Germany and Canada have enjoyed close economic partnership for many years. With our image campaign "German Business Counts" we would like to present the positive influence and important role that the German companies play in Canada.
In addition to a detailed examination of trade and investments of German companies in Canada at federal and provincial level and the number of jobs created (also in comparison with other countries), there is a ranking of the largest German employers in Canada and a brief outline of tourism development.
In the long term, the "German Business Counts" umbrella aims to go beyond mere information content and present initiatives on specific sectors such as mining technology, energy and cleantech as well as projects of scientific cooperation between the two countries.
