About the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce: Who we are and what we do:

• The Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (CGCIC) is the official representative of German trade and industry in Canada
• We are a private, non-profit organization established under the law of Ontario
• Our board of directors is comprised of representatives from well-known Canadian and German companies
• We promote bilateral trade and investment between Canada and Germany
• At the same time, the Chamber is an organization with 600 Canadian and German private and corporate members. In this function the Chamber acts as a platform that allows members to network and make new contacts
• With our head office in Toronto and branch offices in Montreal and Vancouver, we cover the entire Canadian market with our services
• We belong to a network of 120 German Chambers of Commerce abroad in 80 countries, offering their experience, contacts and services to German and foreign companies
