Federal Elections in Germany 2017: Family Friendly Brunch Event

Join us to follow the German Federal Election live on TV and enjoy a nice breakfast at Ricarda's Restaurant!

On September 24, the federal elections for the 19th Bundestag will be held. Fourty eight parties compete for the votes of almost 62 million registered voters; roughly three million are voting for the very first time.

The German Consulate General in Toronto and the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce invite you to follow the election forecast and first projections live on TV during our election brunch, starting at 11:00AM Toronto time at Ricarda's Restaurant (atrium of Queen-Richmond Centre, a modernized heritage building merging past and future).    

A rich brunch, life broadcast from Germany's public broadcasting stations, and a cheerful vibe will add an element of fun to this political event.

  • Save you seat! Please note that the online registration is closed. You can purchase Brunch tickets on-site on Sunday: Adult-Ticket: $20.17 (+ HST), Kids-Ticket: $12.99 (+ HST), 5 years and below (FREE)
    BRUNCH INCLUDES - Scrambled, Fried, Boiled Eggs a la minute, Selection of cured and smoked cold cuts, accompanied by a variety of cheeses; Ricarda's Homemade variety of bread and rolls, a choice of our homemade jams; Yoghurt with seasonal fresh berry compote; An array of fresh juice, coffee and tea (Further breakfast options such as Waffles, Pancakes, Muesli, Oatmeal, and more are available at regular a la carte prices on site).
  • Late joiners: Just show up at the door on September 24 and pay cash for your consumption only. Please note that seats are limited and not guaranteed.
